Since we had to leave the area by 2:30pm to get to Canberra to fly home I decided to snowboard with the guys. It felt good to get back on a board. The forecast was for rain on Sunday, and right after the guys got the lift tickets, it started raining. We got 3 runs in, but had a great time riding in the rain. Once the water started soaking thru gloves and boots, we called it a day. We saw Kangaroos (they had not seen any live ones since arriving in Australia a week ago, and we checked out the Parliament House in Canberra before flying back. Fun weekend! (wk 187, day 2)
