Our plan was to hike 2-3 peaks in the Glass Mountain Range. After 30 min of driving dirt roads, we came across a 50' snowdrift that was too much to shovel. So we ended up driving to Benton and bagged Trafton Mountain (7,825'). After, we drove the dirt roads in the area and ended up on Antelope Mountain, which I hiked from Adobe Valley last year. On the way home we stopped at the Owens River to catch the sunset. (wk 120, day 2)
After 30 minutes of driving, we came across 50' of snow blocking the road. Too much to shovel, so we went with Plan B.
