I followed Tom Gossett up Echo Canyon, with stops at "Eye of the Needle" and Inyo Mine. We parked at the road end, dayclimbed Schwaub Peak, and found some really cool fossils along the way. It was a hot day, but the Misty Mate kept us cool! Beautiful day on a beautiful mountain! (wk 142, day 1 of 3)
