SnowDude decided in Nov '06 that it would be cool to sell our home in Torrance and buy a brand new condo (no repairs). We could walk to work, walk to REI, Trader Joe's, Spectrum, and less than a mile from the freeway. We each save 5 hrs of driving each week! We put our condo up for sale, it sold in a month. Dad let us stay a a vacant apartment he had from Apr-Aug. Now we're move in!
